[ Terra hadn't expected to spot the gruesome sight, but it was enough to have him trembling in rage. Time after time, day after day, they were expecting them to probably get used to this, but he hasn't. He never would, and for all of the people it'd have to have been, it was someone he'd been through the Entrance Exam with.

To make matters worse, the fact they'd just displayed her body like that?

[Monika blinks and then glances up at him.]

Ah...hey Terra. I didn't hear you come in. I've been um...distracted I guess.

So not only did he guess that he'd seen her, but ... Monika had discovered her.

He'll step closer, but not too much so. ]

Monika, do you want to come with me for a little bit? To...talk about it some?

[ Not the only reason why he's asking. But, there was the fact that he wanted to at least light a candle for Tess too. Maybe Monika would like to help with that as well. ]

Oh... sure.

[She smooths her skirt out when she stands and then follows him.]

It was so awful, Terra. Whoever did this... I think they took pleasure in it...

Yeah, whoever did this is sick in the head. As soon as we figure out who it is, their execution isn't the only thing they're going to need to be thinking about.

[ He makes his way, taking a moment to stop by in front of one of the storage closets. So it's at least not a far trip, and tada, he produces ... well, two candles now. Making up for last week ?

Okay, not really. His grip's tight on them now as he feels the anger, and dark thoughts encircle in his head. It can't be understated how much of this has been really pissing him off. ]

[Monika frowns softly at him, gently placing an hand on his arm.]

[ He almost says, I'll break them.

But, he catches himself, because he tells himself that's not him. He's not like that. Even if he's trembling a bit in anger--more or less obvious now that Monika's hand is on his arm.

He releases a sigh. ]

...Yeah, I think so--or I will be once we catch who did this to her. But, I should be asking you that, right? You were the first one to see her dead body, and... I saw how you looked back there.

[She pulls her hand back in fear she may be making it worse.]

I... you don't have to worry. I won't pretend it wasn't awful to find, but I'm much more focused on getting justice for Tess.

[ If anything, it had helped ground him a little, though he's not sure how to say that. ]

...Alright. Let's do our best to bring justice to Tess, then.

[ He takes another breath, trying to push the anger down, and it's not really proving to be effective. Still, he takes out a match. He holds out a candle and a match over to Monika. ]
